The KKE wins one more seat in Parliament
Its 21st MP is elected from the constituency of Ioannina
Based on the decision of the Supreme Election Committee, the KKE elects one more MP, namely Nikos Exarchos, a builder and president of the Labour Centre of Ioannina (the capital of the Epirus region).
Thus, its parliamentary group now numbers 21 MPs, 6 more than in 2019.
The additional seat elected by KKE is deducted from the parliamentary group of SYRIZA, which will have 47 seats, instead of 48 as originally estimated.
